COPY OF YOUR SALES RECEIPT
You must include a copy of your sales receipt (which you will receive by email). This is required so that we can match the correct photo to the correct order.

QUALITY PHOTOGRAPH FOR EACH PRODUCT ORDERED
Please include a high-quality photograph for each unique product you have ordered. If ordering more than one product, be sure to indicate which photo belongs with which product.
